Questions About Care

Psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy are very similar, but the hypnotherapy has the added advantage of being able to reach your subconscious which helps you make changes that willpower and determination alone can struggle with.

Yes , hypnotherapy is a very broad term, and not all hypnotherapy is equal. Clinical hypnotherapy uses neuroscience to make permanent change. Much hypnosis is based on repetition which can only create a temporary shift and will fade over time.

Yes. Counselling will explore and discuss matters with the aim of reaching understanding which is very helpful in certain situations such as relationship issues however, for behaviours and anxiety this can sometimes be detrimental as going over things is often the very thing that is wanted to stop so, we move forwards rather than looking backwards.
